The department handles a full range of criminal work and the experienced team has dealt with a large number of serious and high profile matters.

We offer a 365 days a year service, 24 hours per day. Our rota provides round the clock cover at Eastbourne and Hastings police stations. The police station service is entirely free of charge to the client.

On a daily basis we cover the courts in Hastings, Eastbourne and Lewes. We also provide representation in all courts in England and Wales, should the need arise.

We will explain to you your right to receive publicly funded advice. We are a firm approved by the Criminal Defence Service.

The Crime department is headed by Linda Kerry and comprises six solicitors and support staff. The department is located in our Hastings and Eastbourne offices but we can see our clients in any of our four offices.
