The Employment Department deals with all aspects of
commercial relations. We act separately for both employers
and employees.
For commercial clients we assist in developing a strategy for harmonious relationships
in the work place. We draft contracts of employment, staff handbooks, disciplinary and
grievance procedures. We will assist in all aspects of disciplinary procedures and
employee disputes from shop floor difficulties up to defending proceedings before the
Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
For employees we will assist in resolving work place difficulties in all aspects of
employment disputes from straight forward grievances to full blown challenges in
relation to unfair and wrongful dismissal to sex, race and religious discrimination.
