Over the last more than 30 years Ian has represented  clients in all types of litigation, including Contract and Commercial Law, contested probate and inheritance act claims, landlord and tenant, building and construction claims and planning (particularly waste disposal) appeals.

Ian has been appointed as a Deputy District judge on the South Eastern Circuit, and was recently featured in a case study on the Judicial Appointments Committee website - read more here.
