Nigel has almost 25 years experience in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury law. He has a detailed knowledge of Civil Law and Procedure and has experience in dealing with high end litigation disputes, having dealt with matters where amounts in dispute have exceeded several million pounds.

Whilst Nigel will pursue his client's cases vigorously and do all that he can to help them achieve success, he is also mindful of the costs and strain of Litigation so will always be pleased to explore Mediation and other forms of alternative Dispute Resolution. 

Nigel has a reputation for being friendly, approachable and professional in  his dealings with clients.  He will supply costs estimates at regular intervals so that clients know at all stages of their case what their potential costs liability is going to be and in appropriate cases "No Win No Fee" arrangements may be possible.

Nigel is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a former member of the Eastbourne Law Society Committee and a former Honorary Solicitor to the Eastbourne Citizens Advice Bureau.
