David Harding

David joined Heringtons in October 1973 and has

worked in several areas of law including criminal law,

child care and mental health law.

David graduated from Southampton University in 1969. He trained in Central

London and was admitted as a solicitor in June 1973.

David is a member of the private client department and works from our

Rye office.

He specialises in the affairs of the elderly, particularly Court of Protection,

Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will drafting.

David sits as a judge in the Mental Health Tribunal, and is a member of

Solicitors for the Elderly.
