Alison has spent over 8 years dealing with various aspects of property law and specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing for both private and small developer clients.

Alison’s work include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release mortgages, trust deeds and matrimonial conveyancing.

She has extensive experience dealing with housing association and shared ownership transactions, and takes great pride in providing a personal and approachable service, paying close attention to detail.

Alison obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree and achieved a distinction in her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Staffordshire University. After spending a short time working for a large commercial firm in Manchester, Alison was pleased to secure a position with a local firm and qualified in July 2004.

Alison is proud to have been born and raised in East Sussex and is actively involved in the local community. Outside of work Alison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is a keen gardener and an avid tennis fan, attending Wimbledon each year.[]
