In 2010 Ian celebrates 35 years in practice as a solicitor, 33 as a partner in Heringtons. His expertise centres on Commercial Property and Business transactions, advising small and medium size businesses.

He is also adept on advising on inheritance tax planning not only for business people but also individuals. This combines with advice on wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the provision of care for the elderly.

Ian has been married for 35 years to Sue and has two grown up children. His son is a research chemist based in Boston U.S.A. and his daughter a Primary school teacher.[]
