Jane qualified in 2002 with Heringtons having trained with the firm. She has also worked in Tunbridge Wells where she gained experience acting for overseas property investors, as well as in the country property and estates sector.

Jane is a conveyancing solicitor specialising in residential property transactions throughout the country including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property, new build home sale and purchase, transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers, remortgage, equity release, buy-to-let purchase, holiday homes and second homes, sale and purchase of land and agricultural property, declaration of trust, lease variation and extension and deeds of grant for easements over land.

Working positively with professionals in the property sector she prides herself on bringing transactions to a successful conclusion as smoothly as possible and with the minimum of stress for her clients.
