Having been admitted as a solicitor in 1977 and been a partner in Heringtons since 1981, Tim now has over 30 years experience of legal work. For the last 20 years Tim has worked in our office in Battle where he has concentrated on private client and commercial work.

Tim’s work includes transactions concerning residential, commercial and agricultural property, both freehold and leasehold, advisory work on property matters with particular reference to easements and covenants, the drafting of wills, inheritance tax planning, the administration of estates, Power of attorney and work concerning trusts both in respect of land and investments.

Tim has lived in the Battle area for almost 50 years and has enjoyed immensely the challenges and opportunities which legal work has given to him.]
