Jodanna Bartholomew
Licensed Conveyancer
Jodanna is based at our Battle office and takes on all types of residential conveyancing for clients, including both Freehold and Leasehold matters. Jodanna has over 20 years’ experience in conveyancing, dealing with Unregistered Properties, New Build, Help to Buy, Remortgages and Shared Ownership.
Jodanna’s knowledge and approach has allowed her to spend time mentoring and training junior colleagues, supporting many others on their own journey to becoming qualified conveyancers. She has found that good communication is essential to the conveyancing process and uses it to make sure her clients’ experience is as stress-free as possible.
BACKGROUND:
Jodanna completed her Law Degree at The University of Kent, Canterbury in 2002 and completed the Legal Practice Course with The College of Law in 2005. Jodanna went on to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Outside of work Jodanna enjoys spending her free time with her very active family, including the family dog. Jodanna enjoys travelling and introducing her children to new and exciting experiences.
