Juliet was born and raised in East Sussex, before heading to the bright lights of Norwich to obtain a Law Degree from the University of East Anglia. She worked as a Conveyancing Executive for a local firm prior to beginning her Training Contract with a firm in Tunbridge Wells. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2009, she has specialised in Property Law at firms in Kent and Sussex and joined the Bexhill office of Heringtons in January 2016.
Consequently, Juliet is very experienced and specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing for both private and small developer clients. Her work include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release mortgages, trust deeds and matrimonial conveyancing. She also has experience in sales of agricultural and development land as well as commercial leases and sales.
Juliet provides an efficient and knowledgeable service in a friendly and approachable manner – she quickly builds up very good relationships with a vast range of clients and business contacts.
Outside of work, Juliet is a very keen collector of vinyl records and has been known to (wo)man the “wheels of steel” in public on occasion. She also enjoys despairing over the (mis)fortunes of Queens Park Rangers FC, reading and trying to keep her friends, family and colleagues well supplied in cake and biscuits.
"We actively sought using Juliet as our solicitor due to an excellent previous experience. She has continued to maintain high quality care and diligence, which only confirmed our decision to use her again. We could not recommend her more highly." (Mr and Mrs Chesson)
